Request To Reserve a Student Group Study Room


All ONLINE REQUESTS must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to allow for processing. You can also request a room in person at the main circulation desk on the second floor of the library or by calling 260-399-8060.

You must be familiar with the student study room policies, please be sure to read them BEFORE making a reservation.

Group Study Rooms are for STUDENT USE only.

*NOTE: There is a two hour time limit, but please do not reserve a full two hour block if you do not intend to use the full time period.

You will receive a response via the email address you have supplied above. If you have not gotten any response 2 hours prior to your requested time, please call 260-399-8060 to get information as to the status of your request.

A group study room has not been reserved until you receive a confirmation email from a library staff member. Rooms are assigned based upon availability and number of participants.
