Chicago Artist Featured at The University of Saint Francis

Indiana: The School of Creative Arts at the University
of Saint Francis will host a free public lecture by John
Himmelfarb as part of the Closer Look Lecture Series on
Thursday, January 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the North Campus
Auditorium off of Spring Street.
John Himmelfarb is a nationally
recognized artist living in Chicago. Himmelfarb's works
combine representational and abstract worlds within a
complex narrative framework. His works are included in
many private collections and more than 20 museum
collections. A catalogue raisonné of his prints was
recently published by Hudson Hills Press. His pieces are
included in many private collections and more than 20
museum collections in 13 states, the District of
Columbia and four foreign nations.
