Commencement Ticket Request Information
- Please note that the Ceremony will be ticketed. You may receive up to 4 tickets, so please plan accordingly. A ticket request will be emailed with your e-invite.
- When considering tickets, do not count yourself. Tickets are for your guests only. Seats have already been reserved for you.
- If extra tickets are available, they will be distributed at Extra Ticket Pick-Up on Friday, May 19, starting at 9:00am.
Cap & Gown Order Information
All candidates participating in the ceremony must place an order for a cap, gown and hood. When you place your order, you will also have the opportunity to order St. Francis College graduation announcements, thank-you notes, personal notes, souvenir tassels, and certificates of appreciation for your relatives or mentors. These items may be purchased by visiting the website listed below.
In order to ensure that you have an appropriately sized cap and gown at Commencement, you will need to know the following information:
- Your height when wearing shoes
- Your weight
- Your major
- Your degree (A.A., B.A., B.S., B.A./M.A., B.S./M.S., M.S., CPM)
You can begin ordering your cap and gown TODAY. You must order your cap and gown by Friday, March 17.The web address where your cap and gown can be order is www.herffjones.com/college/graduation. Remember to type in St. Francis College (not Saint Francis College) when asked to “Search for your school.” On March 17, the website will close. Late orders will result in additional charges, so if there is any chance you may participate at Commencement, please place an order for a cap and gown by the deadline. You cannot participate in Commencement without a cap, gown, hood and tassel.
The price breakdown for Cap & Gown are as follows:
Associate’s Degree: $50
Bachelor’s Degree: $53
Master’s Degree: $57
Cap & Gown Pick-Up Information
You must pick up your cap and gown in the Cafeteria on Wednesday and Thursday, April 19 and 20 between 10am-7pm. This is the only date scheduled for cap and gown distribution. We ask that you please budget at least 15 minutes for this to take place. If your cap and gown is not picked up during this time period, a late fee will be assessed.
