Housing

Your home at St. Francis College is a place where you can study, socialize and just generally be yourself 24/7. Living in a residence hall is also a great way to meet people from all over the country and beyond. In many cases, the relationships you form while living in student housing can last a lifetime.

Facilities

Off- campus housing is located at 55 Clark Street, about a five minute walk to the College. All single, double and triple rooms are fully furnished with private bathrooms, high-speed internet, TV with DVD player and a refrigerator.  Brand new communal kitchens, lounges, a pool table, public computers and a state-of the-art fitness center make a great living environment for all.

Surrounding Neighborhood

Located just steps from great shopping and restaurants, the Brooklyn Promenade and the Brooklyn Bridge Park. If you like sports and concerts, venues like the Barclays Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the Prospect Park Bandshell are also a short train ride away. You can also take the train to Manhattan to explore all of the social and cultural opportunites there as well.

Rates

Rates are based on a nine-month contract from late August through mid-May. The nine-month rates range from $13,130 to $16,280 for the 2014-2015 school year. To view the housing contract, click here.
