York Film Academy's intensive, hands-on filmmaking workshops! Each student will
write, direct, shoot, and edit her or his own films, using professional 16mm
Arriflex camera. Programs incorporate intensive writing curriculum designed to
empower students to artfully tell stories with moving images. Four week,
eight week, and one year programs are offered the following locations:

small touring group to its present status as a major force in American Theatre,
Florida Studio Theatre continues

Internships are offered in many areas including Theatre Administration,
Acting Administration, Education, Literary Management, Marketing,
Development, Stage Management, and Technical Theatre. Interns play an
integral role! Seeking applicants who are eager to gain hands on
experience in a professional theatre environment. Winter interns -
September through May and Summer Interns - June through August.
Flexible starting and ending dates. Recent USF graduates are eligible. Stipends
start at about $100.00 plus housing. Stipends grow as the intern grows. The goal
is simple. When one leaves FST, they are prepared for regular work.
