Summer Session 1: May 19-June 27, 2008
Summer Session 2: June 30-August 8, 2008
All currently enrolled students have two ways to register for classes. Registration can be completed from any computer with Internet access (anywhere in the world) on My Cougar Connection or a student can register in person at the Registrar’s Office.
Option 1: Web
Registration
A student must
have their ID number and a PIN to use web
registration. Please use the following steps:

Review
course schedules located on the web at
https://campusweb.sf.edu/schedule/.
Paper copies of the schedule can be found at the
Registrar’s Office, Library or Academic Department
Offices. Schedules are subject to change. Changes are
updated daily on the web schedule.
-
Select
the desired courses and make sure they are a program
requirement or elective in your major.
-
Make an
appointment with your advisor. If you do not know who
your advisor is, contact the Registrar’s Office or your
academic department. Your advisor will:
-
Help you determine the courses for which
you need to register
-
Fill out and sign a paper registration
form with you
-
Remove the Web Advisor Hold
-
Update your program sheet
-
Find the first day that you can register
from the Registration Schedule that can be found on the
web at
http://www.sf.edu/academics/policies.shtml.
These times are also printed with the course schedule.
The number of credit hours earned in previous semesters
determines the day you can first register. You can
register at 7:00am on that first day and 24 hours a day
after that until the first day of the session. You can
register in person at the Registrar’s Office until a
course has met once.
-
Follow the steps for web registration
that can be found on the web at
http://www.sf.edu/academics/cougarconnection.shtml. Printed copies of web registration
directions can be found on the Registrar’s Office
website and at the Registrar’s Office in the Pope John
Paul II Center, room 207.
-
If you want to register on the web but
want to walk through it with some assistance, help will
be located at the Help Desk in the Pope John Paul II
Center during normal business hours. You can register on
the web with assistance by contacting the Registrar’s
Office in the Pope John Paul II Center, room 207,
1-260-399-8061,
boconnor@sf.edu.
Graduate Students
who are not enrolled for Spring Semester, 2008, will need to
contact Jenny Fawbush at 1-260-399-7700 ext 8400 or
jfawbush@sf.edu to
activate their student account before registering on the
web.
