When is payment due?
Full payment is due according to the dates listed below unless:
• You are enrolled in the monthly payment plan (fall and spring semesters only).
• You register after the payment due date for a given semester. In this case payment is due at the time of registration. For example, if you register for Fall 2012 on September 1, then payment is due on September 1 since the official due date was August 18.

Payment Options
1. Financial Aid:
Your financial aid application must be received and processed by August 18 to ensure that your account is in good financial standing by the first day of school. Balances not covered by financial aid must be paid before the first day of school or show proof that a TMS monthly plan has been set up for the balance. After applying for financial aid, you will be sent an award letter which must be signed and returned to us before your aid will be completely posted to your account. Student loans will not appear on your invoice unless we receive your signed award letter and have completed a MPN and loan entrance counseling. If you have not received an award letter, please contact the Student Financial Services at 718.489.5255 or email us at
sfs@sfc.edu.
2. Tuition Management Systems (TMS):
St. Francis College is partnered with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to administer a monthly payment plan available for the fall and spring semesters and for online bill payments. We have also partnered with TMS to accept full bill payments online. TMS will process credit card and ACH payments for the college. For your personal protection, St. Francis College will only accept credit card payments made online with TMS or made in person at the College.
Monthly Payment Plan
A monthly payment plan through Tuition Management Systems (TMS) enables students and families to break their costs into monthly payments, rather than pay in one lump sum. Plan details are available online at
www.afford.com/. If you prefer to speak with a TMS representative, the toll free number is 1.800.722.4867. To enroll in the monthly payment plan, please
click here and select View Payment option.
Full Bill Payment Online
You may pay your bill online using Tuition Management Systems (TMS). You may pay using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express cards. You may also pay online by electronic funds transfer from your checking or savings account. TMS strongly suggests confirming with your bank that third-party debits are allowed from the checking or savings account you wish to use for your payment. Please be aware the college will assess a $25.00 returned check fee for any returned payments from your bank. To make your online payment, please
click here and select the Pay in Full option.
