Anilsa R. Nuñez
Anilsa Nuñez, assistant dean for residence life & student conduct, is part of the Student Affairs Division’s senior leadership, managing SFC’s residence hall and overseeing and directing the creation of the campuswide Student Conduct Office.
Nuñez joined SFC in October 2018 as director of residence life and student engagement, before taking on her current role in January 2021. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including serving as assistant dean, director of residence life and director of campus life at St. John’s University and as assistant director of campus life at Polytechnic University. Nuñez held several positions at the University at Albany, including assistant director of campus activities, coordinator of fraternity and sorority life and assistant to the director of multicultural student affairs.
Nuñez has a bachelor's in communications from SUNY New Paltz and a master’s in education from St. John’s University.
