Scheduled Maintenance on IT Systems
SFC IT will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the following applications: Employee Directory, Daily Downloads, Digital Yearbook Archives, Net Price Calculator, Library Databases, Ellucian Colleague TEST, WebAdvisor TEST, Campus Logic Sandbox, Informer TEST, Synoptix, Ellucian Colleague LIVE, EAB, Akademos, Accommodate, Handshake, ADP, Raiser’s Edge, CourseLeaf, AdAstra, Everbridge, SFC Portal, OneLogin, Salesforce, SmarterMeasure, College2Success, Open Invoice, Informer Live, TouchNet, WebAdvisor (Production), Self Service, DocuWare, CampusLogic (Production), Canvas Import, YuJa, Respondus, RoboRegistrar, KACE, Mathematica, SPSS.

The maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following days: June 21, June 22, July 11, July 13, August 1, August 3, August 16, and August 17. If you experience any problems accessing any of these applications during these dates, please understand the application may be down for migration. SFC IT will be sending out notifications when systems are back online. Thank you for your support and patience during this process.

Scholarship Day | March 12

Scholarship Day

Attendance at our Scholarship Day event on Saturday, March 12 is required to proceed in the competition. The event will begin promptly at 9:00 am at 180 Remsen Street, Brooklyn. This day will provide you with an opportunity to hear from previous Scholarship Day participants, meet and greet with faculty, and learn about your next steps.

Scholarship Day is an opportunity for high-achieving applicants to participate in an essay competition. The top 4 scoring students will receive a full-tuition scholarship. All other participants will receive additional scholarships.

Scholarship Day Requirements:

  • 85 + HS GPA
  • Submit Scholarship Day Essay
  • Attend Scholarship Day Event

At Scholarship Day, prospective students will meet current scholars, as well as faculty and staff to learn more about the 72+ degree programs and wide range of personalized student support resources.

**If you are out-of-state or are an international student, the Office of Admissions will provide information on how to join Scholarship Day virtually prior to March 12.

In addition to attending Scholarship Day, applicants must interview a member of our Scholarship Committee. Interviews will be available during the week of Monday, March 14 – Friday, March 18.

Please make sure to sign up for your interview by 11:59 PM ET on Saturday, March 12.

Visitor Policy

Participation in Scholarship Day requires students to adhere to the campus health and safety policy:

All visitors (students and their guests) will be required to provide proof of full vaccination (2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as Pfizer or Moderna or 2 weeks after a single-dose series, such as Johnson and Johnson) or proof of a negative COVID test. Proof of a negative antigen COVID-19 test taken within six (6) hours of the event start time or a PCR COVID-19 test taken within seventy-two (72) hours of the event start time. In addition to these requirements, we will also require all visitors to wear a mask.
