Spring Open House - March 6

With an emphasis on affordability, small classes, and amazing opportunities in one of the hottest parts of New York City, St. Francis College opens its doors on Sunday, March 6 from 10:00am to 2:00pm for Spring Open House at 180 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights.

"Open House is much more than a tour of campus," said Provost Timothy Houlihan. "It gives prospective students a chance to meet our excellent faculty and see the kinds of connections they'll be able to build in the classroom. These are the important connections that will propel them to the next phase in their life."

Prospective students and their parents will see everything from research labs to the HDTV studio. They'll also learn about the College's generous scholarship opportunities available to both freshmen and transfer students.

"For many families, the cost is a major factor in the college selection process," said Joseph Cummings, Assistant Director of Enrollment. "At St. Francis College, we offer competitive scholarships in addition to federal and state aid programs. When combined together, many students will actually pay public college prices for a high-quality private college education."

Current students at St. Francis will also be available to talk about their experiences, as incoming freshman as well what it's like to transfer to the College.
