'Best Value' School Continues to Provide Affordable Access

Tuition costs for St. Francis College will remain stable with no increase for the 2019-20 academic year, according to an announcement made by President Miguel Martinez-Saenz, Ph.D.

This news follows SFC's inclusion in two nation-wide rankings of top colleges that offer students quality, affordable educations. SFC was once again named on the Forbes list of "America's Top Colleges" and to Money magazine's list of "Best Colleges for Your Money."

"The evidence of the positive influence that St. Francis has on its student body—whether in the workforce or in the upward social mobility afforded to our graduates—are results of our continued desire to provide a personalized and affordable approach to higher education," said President Martinez-Saenz.

Forbes examined the "net price, net debt, alumni earnings, timely graduation, school quality and access for low-income students." The Money article noted that 49% of SFC's "low-income students become upper middle class."

As a private liberal arts college, SFC is committed to fulfilling its role as an urban institution that provides both affordable tuition and excellent scholarship.
