Tap Certification

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Information

The New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) helps eligible New York residents pay for their college education in New York State. Depending on the academic year in which you begin study, an annual TAP award can be up to $5,000.Because TAP is a grant, it does not have to be paid back. The grant money comes directly to St. Francis College after the award has been certified. For more information on applying for TAP and for other important information, please visit the Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) website.

Depending on the academic year in which you begin study, an annual TAP award can be up to $5,000.
