Inclement Weather Closure

Due to the impending forecast of snow and inclement weather, St. Francis College will operate remotely on Monday, January 26. All employees are expected to work remotely, and all classes will be held remotely as scheduled. Students are advised to log into Canvas for class information, assignments, and instructions from their faculty.

Professor Benson obtained his Ph.D. in French and Comparative Literature at New York University in 2016, before joining St. Francis College in 2017. His research and teaching interests are resolutely interdisciplinary, including 19th–21st-century French and Francophone studies, Global Studies, and Critical Theory. He is the editor of Domination and Emancipation: Remaking Critique (Rowman and Littlefield Publishers, 2021), and his writing has appeared in journals such as Diacritics, Critical Review of Contemporary French Fixxion, and Left History.
