The Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Accreditation (OIEA) supports St. Francis College’s commitment to continuous improvement, institutional accountability, and evidence-informed decision-making. The Office coordinates institutional research, assessment, accreditation and regulatory reporting and provides reliable institutional information to support planning, student success, academic quality, and strategic decision-making. 

1. Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment

The Office supports institutional planning, assessment, and continuous improvement by coordinating processes that help the College evaluate effectiveness, document progress, and use evidence to strengthen programs, services, and institutional decision-making.

2. Institutional Research & Data

OIEA provides institutional data and analysis to support planning, accreditation, compliance, assessment, grant development, academic program review, and other institutional priorities. Members of the College community may submit requests through the Institutional Data Request process.

3. Accreditation & Compliance

OIEA coordinates institutional accreditation and supports College-wide compliance with applicable external reporting and regulatory requirements. St. Francis College is institutionally accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and maintains applicable programmatic accreditation and state authorization information.

4. Consumer Information & Disclosures

Access institutional disclosures, student-rights information, campus safety resources, online education and state authorization information, professional licensure disclosures, and other required consumer information.

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) has revised the Public Disclosures Procedures to include the requirement that, as part of the member institution’s representation of accreditation status, institutions must accurately disclose the Commission’s scope of recognition. The institution will accurately describe the Commission’s scope of recognition in strict alignment with the United States Department of Education Recognition statement published on the MSCHE About Us page.
