Ms. Ochoa leads grant compliance, developing and executing strategies to streamline institutional funding, optimize administrative workflows, and maintain regulatory integrity across all sponsored programs. She ensure the institution adheres to complex state and federal grant requirements to support institutional growth. Ms. Ochoa also assists with strategic administrative operations and inter-institutional partnerships. 

Since joining St. Francis College, Ms. Ochoa has served as Associate Director of Executive Administration before stepping into her current leadership role in grant compliance. Ms. Ochoa earned her Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and economics from Binghamton University. She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York State.
