Program Overview
The Master of Science in Management is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their leadership, strategic thinking, and management skills while preparing to navigate today’s rapidly evolving organizations. The program combines a strong foundation in business and management with opportunities to explore specialized areas of interest, helping students develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to lead teams, manage change, solve complex problems, and make informed organizational decisions.
Students can tailor their educational experience through three distinctive concentrations: Business Management, Health Care Management, and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The Business Management concentration develops broad managerial and organizational expertise; Health Care Management focuses on the leadership and operational challenges of the health care sector; and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship prepares students to develop creative, sustainable solutions to emerging business and societal needs.
Across all three concentrations, the program emphasizes leadership, collaboration, innovation, and the practical application of knowledge.
