St. Francis College uses Case Tracker to Document Incidents of Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct
St. Francis College has established a Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Policy to promptly address allegations of sex-based harassment, including: Quid pro quo harassment, Hostile environment harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, Sexual Coercion, Sexual Exploitation, and Retaliation. All definitions of these forms of prohibited conduct can be found in the SFC Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy.
The policy also outlines the prohibited conduct of discrimination based on protected categories by federal and state law as well as discriminatory harassment.
Title IX applies to faculty, staff, students, volunteers, and other participants in an institutions programs and activities.
