SFC's Early Assurance BS/MD
About the Program
St. Francis College's Early Assurance BA/MD is available to any SFC student who aspires to a career as a medical doctor. After successfully completing the below requirements, SFC students will have secured a seat as a medical student at St. George's University.

- 75+ hospitals and health systems in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom offer clinical and ambulatory training for SGU students.
GPA Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of 3.4
- Science GPA of 3.2
- MCAT Score of 498
- Complete application to SGU during the spring semester of your Junior year at SFC.

- Organic Chemistry I and Lab (CHE 2101), 5 Credits
- Organic Chemistry II and Lab (CHE 2102), 5 Credits
- General Physics I and Lab (PHY 2001), 4 Credits
- Statistics (MAT 2301), 3 credits, or Calculus I (MAT 2202), 4 Credits
- One 2000-level Literature Writing and Publishing course, 3 Credits
