Before joining St. Francis College, Manfred served as Chief Technology Officer at Prudential Financial in Japan, where he spearheaded critical projects to modernize IT infrastructure, automate operations, and migrate applications to the cloud. Known for his strategic vision and expertise in emerging technologies, he has successfully fostered collaboration and innovation across international teams.
