Program Overview:
The Bachelor of Science in Management at St. Francis College combines a comprehensive business education with hands-on learning experiences that begin in the first semester. Why Study Business Management?
The Management major prepares students to become effective professionals capable of making informed, ethical, and strategic business decisions. Students gain a solid understanding of core business functions while strengthening their analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Degree Requirements
All Management majors complete a comprehensive business core that provides a strong foundation across the major functional areas of business. Coursework introduces students to the principles and practices of accounting, economics, finance, marketing, management, business law, and information systems while developing quantitative, communication, and leadership skills. Students also develop strategic fluency in AI-enabled business practices and learn to integrate emerging trends and technologies into their work, helping them stay ahead of change and keep their professional practice current.
After completing the business core, students select one concentration that allows them to develop specialized knowledge in a particular area of business.
