Make It Happen!
SFC hosts informational fairs on studying abroad throughout the year but you don't have to wait until then. The first step is to contact Dr. Miriam Salholz, Director of Study Abroad, to discuss your options. Please remember that In order to receive credit for study abroad, you must apply to the program and receive approval to participate.

St. Francis College offers ALL INCLUSIVE programs through International Studies Abroad (ISA). ISA simplifies the study abroad experience by providing a variety of affordable all-inclusive programs to college students.

ISA program costs include:

  • Tutorial assistance
  • Internet access and much more!

International transportation to and from your chosen country is an additional expense. Each of these companies offers an array of programs in many different cities in different countries, and the programs are designed for students with a variety of academic interests. These programs are offered in semester, year, summer,and intensive month sessions that are designed to enhance your education. These programs accommodate students at any language-level, in a range of majors.

Financial Aid Opportunities

A student who is accepted into a program of study abroad is eligible to use institutional and federal aid to help pay for program costs (tuition, fees, housing, and approved travel expenses). Click here to read our general policy and guidelines for the use of financial aid for study abroad.

SFC Study Abroad Scholarships

Students who have been accepted into the study abroad program with the approval of one of the directors may apply for a SFC Study Abroad Scholarship. A GPA of at least 3.0 is required in order to be eligible for a scholarship. The award ranges from a maximum of $500 for the summer to $1000 for the spring or fall semester.
