Program overview
The Project Management concentration equips students with the tools to successfully plan, execute, and lead projects across a wide range of industries. You will develop practical skills in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, budgeting, and team leadership while learning to navigate the challenges of complex projects. Through real-world applications and industry best practices, you will gain the knowledge needed to deliver projects efficiently, meet organizational objectives, and lead teams to achieve results on time and within budget.
