The Project Management concentration equips students with the tools to successfully plan, execute, and lead projects across industries. You will learn how to manage risk, allocate resources, and guide teams to achieve organizational goals on time and within budget.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

The Master of Science in Management (Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship) program requires the completion of graduate-level coursework that integrates business management principles with strategies for creating social impact. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills needed to develop innovative solutions to social, economic, and environmental challenges while maintaining sustainable organizational practices.

Students study areas such as social entrepreneurship, innovation management, strategic leadership, financial sustainability, and impact assessment. The program emphasizes the development of mission-driven business models and encourages students to evaluate the effectiveness and long-term sustainability of social initiatives.

Through applied projects, collaborative learning, and real-world case studies, students gain experience designing and implementing innovative programs that address community and global challenges. Successful completion of all required coursework prepares graduates to launch social ventures, manage nonprofit organizations, and lead socially responsible initiatives within both public and private sectors.

PLO 2: Examine professional ethics in light of legal, organizational, and societal responsibilities. Integrate ethical thinking into all aspects of decision making.
PLO 3: Discuss the significant influences of management in personal, organizational, and societal contexts while articulating the challenges and benefits of managing business activities in a global and diverse world.
PLO 4: Communicate effectively in written and oral form with a range of audiences to present ideas, decisions, and recommendations on business issues.
PLO 5: Apply core project management terms, concepts, and processes. Explain how project management integrates cross- functional teams organizationally and creates value for customers while adding competitive advantage for organizations.
