Online Payment Options

At St. Francis College offers TouchNet payment options for students to manage the cost of their education.

TouchNet Payment Option

TouchNet allows students and their authorized users – which may include their parents, other relatives or guardians – to make electronic tuition payments.

Students and/or their authorized users (parents, other relatives and/or guardians) can make electronic payments by using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and/or American Express, and/or directly from a bank account.

Fee-Free E-Check Payment

Make a payment online using E-check (also known as electronic check, bank draft, or ACH transfer) without incurring additional costs. Those making the payment will be prompted to enter a valid bank routing and account number and to authorize the payment from the checking or savings account associated with the banking information provided.

Credit Card Payment

You can also make a payment online using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover and/or American Express credit card. Please note that all credit/debit card payment will be charged a convenience service fee of 2.88%, which will be automatically added to each transaction.

Authorized Users

Students and any authorized users designated by a student will be able to review student account activity, view billing statements and make secured payments electronically through the TouchNet website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For example, if more than one person would like to pay a portion of a student’s plan balance, the student should enroll in a payment plan and designated those individuals as authorized users. Those users could then login and make payments on behalf of the student. (Only one payment plan can be active per student.)

International Payments

St. Francis College has partnered with Flywire to streamline the fee payment process for our international students and payers. Flywire offers multiple payment options, excellent foreign exchange rates and allows you to pay from almost any country. They will ensure that your payment arrives safely and accurately.
