Scheduled Maintenance on IT Systems
SFC IT will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the following applications: Employee Directory, Daily Downloads, Digital Yearbook Archives, Net Price Calculator, Library Databases, Ellucian Colleague TEST, WebAdvisor TEST, Campus Logic Sandbox, Informer TEST, Synoptix, Ellucian Colleague LIVE, EAB, Akademos, Accommodate, Handshake, ADP, Raiser’s Edge, CourseLeaf, AdAstra, Everbridge, SFC Portal, OneLogin, Salesforce, SmarterMeasure, College2Success, Open Invoice, Informer Live, TouchNet, WebAdvisor (Production), Self Service, DocuWare, CampusLogic (Production), Canvas Import, YuJa, Respondus, RoboRegistrar, KACE, Mathematica, SPSS.

The maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following days: June 21, June 22, July 11, July 13, August 1, August 3, August 16, and August 17. If you experience any problems accessing any of these applications during these dates, please understand the application may be down for migration. SFC IT will be sending out notifications when systems are back online. Thank you for your support and patience during this process.

Alumni Reunion Weekend

St. Francis College is excited to announce its first-ever Alumni Reunion Weekend celebration on June 3-5, 2022!

ALL alumni are invited to return to campus for this in-person celebration of our time at the 180 Remsen Street campus. This family-friendly event is the perfect opportunity to reconnect, remember and relive your college days. We will recognize the following graduating classes celebrating milestones this year: 2012, 2002, 1997, 1992, 1982, 1972, 1962, and 1952. Be a part of this amazing tradition from the very start! Our Terriers Kid’s Zone with face painting, games and a movie screening will be available for your future Terriers to enjoy while you partake in the festivities.

Housing & Accommodations

We have a special room rate at the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott of $249 per night plus tax available on pre-booking until Friday, May 6. We have also partnered with the Office of Residence Life to offer affordable housing options in our newly renovated residence hall located at 97 Columbia Heights. St Francis’ new residence hall offers beautiful views of the city skyline, as well as access to the Brooklyn Promenade, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and multiple subway lines for access to the city. Residence Life is excited to offer our alumni a discounted rate of $50 per night for double rooms and $75 per night for single rooms, linens included.

Alumni who stay in our beautiful residence hall can expect standard residence hall furnishings. This includes a twin-xl bed, dresser drawers, hanging space, and a desk. Basic linens will be provided, guests must bring their own toiletries. There is no parking on site. Due to us housing other events at the same time, this will not be a preferred option for families.
