Thank you for your interest in serving as a mentor for the RISE Above Mentorship program with St. Francis College. This two-semester (September-May) professional development program is for high-potential junior students, who are seeking advice on how to advance their career trajectory. This program’s mission is to increase recruitment opportunities for SFC’s diverse and talented students across industries. As a RISE mentor, you are asked to provide guidance, leadership, and professional training to your mentee. Working in conjunction with the Advancement Office, SFC’s Center for Career Exploration will provide a curriculum with objectives, outlining your involvement in the program.
