Scheduled Maintenance on IT Systems
SFC IT will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the following applications: Employee Directory, Daily Downloads, Digital Yearbook Archives, Net Price Calculator, Library Databases, Ellucian Colleague TEST, WebAdvisor TEST, Campus Logic Sandbox, Informer TEST, Synoptix, Ellucian Colleague LIVE, EAB, Akademos, Accommodate, Handshake, ADP, Raiser’s Edge, CourseLeaf, AdAstra, Everbridge, SFC Portal, OneLogin, Salesforce, SmarterMeasure, College2Success, Open Invoice, Informer Live, TouchNet, WebAdvisor (Production), Self Service, DocuWare, CampusLogic (Production), Canvas Import, YuJa, Respondus, RoboRegistrar, KACE, Mathematica, SPSS.

The maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following days: June 21, June 22, July 11, July 13, August 1, August 3, August 16, and August 17. If you experience any problems accessing any of these applications during these dates, please understand the application may be down for migration. SFC IT will be sending out notifications when systems are back online. Thank you for your support and patience during this process.

First St. Francis College Women's Film Festival

In celebration of Women's History Month, St. Francis College held its first Women's Film Festival on March 7 & 8, 2016.

After opening remarks, the audience heard from Duana Butler, Program Coordinator from New York Women in Film and Television.

That was followed by a series of SFC student work. Then, films curated by Lili White of the acclaimed Manhattan screening series Another eXperiment by Women Film Festival (AXW). The program featured experimental films by women from Taiwan, France, Italy, and the U.S. and will be paired with work by SFC student filmmakers.

The second day fell on International Women's Day and featured a sneak peek of the Women Deliver Conference Cinema Corner which will take place in May in Copenhagen, Denmark. That conference is one of the world's largest with a focus on women's struggles and resilience around the world. the Emmy winning filmmaker, Lisa Russell, curator of the Cinema Corner, will introduce the films and answer questions. Additional work from the SFC community will follow.

The festival, organized by Communication Arts Professors Augusta Palmer and Magaly Christopher-Colimon, featured screenings of short films by women, recognizing new and original voices within the SFC community as well as multi-generational, cross-cultural, multi-racial female voices beyond our campus.

The St. Francis College Women's Film Festival was co-sponsored by the Communication Arts Department and the Women's Center.
