The Diversity Champion Awards honor alumni and corporate partners who make extraordinary contributions to promote and advance cultural diversity, equity and inclusion in their careers and at St. Francis College (SFC). Diversity Champions exemplify a steadfast commitment to equity, diversity and inclusivity through their engagement to advance change.

The 2022 honorees are:

• Sandra Richards - Managing Director and Head of Global Sports and Entertainment, Morgan Stanley
• Sheila Peluso - Senior Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Legal Officer, Cerberus Capital Management
• Eric Maldonado - Partner and Senior Vice-President, Global Sales and Financial Services, S&P Global
• Dwain Neckles - Vice-President and Head of International B2B Strategy, Sales and Partnerships, American Express (and St. Francis College alumnus)

As a Franciscan institution, St. Francis College continues to expand access and equity for historically underserved students, improve the campus climate for all members of the community and introduce inclusive initiatives into the curriculum and co-curriculum. Celebrations of our achievements are how we affirm our Franciscan values and long-standing principles as well as support change.
