The SFC Office Health Promotions and Wellness works to educate our students by providing health information on our website. Although we believe that the links provided will assist in helping you think more about your health, the information on this site is not intended to replace consultation with medical providers.

The purpose of the information is to start the conversation about your overall health. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can assist you in being successful in college and life. We encourage you to visit the center and/or your own medical doctors to ensure you are maintaining your health.
