Write in Brooklyn: Writing Comics and Graphic Fiction

Want to write comic books? In this conversation, Marvel editor, Stuart Moore and Marvel writer, Ethan Sacks sit down to discuss their latest projects and process with MFA's graphic fiction coordinator, Jason Starr. The event is free and open to all levels of writers.

Stuart Moore is a writer, a book editor, and an award-winning comics editor. His novels include Marvel Crisis Protocol (Aconyte Books, 2021) and three volumes of the New York Times bestselling middle-grade series The Zodiac Legacy (Disney Press), co-written with Stan Lee. Ethan Sacks is one of the most prolific new voices at Marvel Comics, writing Old Man Hawkeye, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Silver Surfer, Old Man Quill, and Star Wars: Bounty Hunters. Jason Starr is the author of many international bestselling crime thrillers. He also writes comics and graphic novels for Marvel, DC Comics, Boom Studios, Vertigo and AWA.
