Accessibility and Accommodations

Welcome to the Office of Accessibility and Accommodations (OAA)! The OAA was created to ensure the delivery of accommodations and auxiliary aids to all students with documented disabilities at Saint Francis College. On this webpage, you will find information about the office including the Mission of the OAA and the location, hours, etc. Use the options on the left side of the screen to find information on Accommodations and Confidentiality. Mission

It is the mission of the Office of Accessibility and Accommodations to provide reasonable and appropriate accommodations to students with documented disabilities to ensure equal access to programs, activities, and opportunities. The Office is also committed to promoting awareness of disabilities and access, and serving as a resource to all members of the college and community.

Confidentiality

The records you provide to St. Francis College in relation to your disability are confidential. Disability-specific information is confidential and will only be revealed to the student’s academic team on an as needed basis. Accommodation letters do not contain disability specific information unless it is essential to the delivery of appropriate accommodations.

Location: SFC 3307- take the elevators to the third floor, 3307 is directly across from the elevator bank. The Office of Accessibility and Accommodations is housed in the Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs.
