Dina Keswani is currently the Director of Strategic Operations with the Global Business Services organization at American Express. Prior to joining American Express she was employed with Accenture, IBM, HP and NIIT. Her expertise, project management skills and overall depth of experience are all assets to St. Francis. Bringing 15 years of work experience with her, Professor Keswani’s real world perspective and passion for driving consistency through process advocacy makes her well positioned as an adjunct faculty member.

She has a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson School with Cornell University and is certified in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University. She holds additional Project Management certifications from Cornell University and is certified in Developing and Managing a Successful Business and Product Strategy by the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
