I am a graduate of the doctoral program in Epidemiology at Boston University, School of Public Health, originally from Trinidad and Tobago, and I earned my bachelor’s of science degree in Biology and Mathematics from St. Francis College, NY. After graduating, I spent three years in the International Projects Unit of the National Institute of Higher Education Research Science and Technology (NIHERST), where I developed and coordinated a variety of public health projects for the National Science Center of Trinidad and Tobago. I received my Master’s of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the City University of New York, Graduate School of Public Health and Policy. My epidemiological research focuses on men’s reproductive health and lifestyle factors, Cancer in the Caribbean & Latin America and International Health Diplomacy and Research Collaboration.
