My work is centered on the intersection of health sciences, education, and applied research, with a focus on improving health outcomes through evidence-based practice, behavioral science, and program development. I am passionate about exploring ways to enhance individual and community well-being through research, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
My research interests include community health, behavioral change, and health education, particularly as they relate to health and wellness. I examine how factors such as stress, social context, and access to resources influence health behaviors and outcomes, with the goal of developing strategies that support long-term lifestyle change and disease prevention. Through my teaching and curriculum development in courses such as healthcare systems, decision-making, and analytics in high performance, I explore how health data can inform practice, improve program effectiveness, and support leadership within healthcare organizations. I am especially interested in integrating perspectives from health sciences, psychology, and organizational leadership to address complex health challenges and create meaningful, sustainable solutions.
