Dr. Kasler is a faculty member in the department of nursing at St. Francis College. She maintains a full-time practice as a nurse practice at Memorial Sloan Kettering with a focus in medical oncology. In her role as nurse practitioner, she has been able to focus on the complex medical management of the oncologic patient. Her research interest is focused on immune check point blockade and its adverse events impacting patient management.

She joined the faculty of SFC in 2018 as adjunct and entered in a full time role as clinical coordinator and assistant professor in 2020. She enjoys the professional development of her students through evidence-based practice.
