I am an Assistant Professor of Management & IT and Director of Entrepreneurship with a strong focus on innovation, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in business strategy. As a DBA Candidate at the Drexel University LeBow College of Business, my research explores how artificial intelligence, digital identity, and human versus AI-generated marketing influence consumer trust, brand perception, and purchase intention. My work integrates strategic marketing, technology adoption, and behavioral research to help organizations better understand how consumers respond to rapidly evolving digital environments. My research has also examined broader themes related to entrepreneurship, technology-driven consumer change, and organizational transformation.

In addition to my research, I am actively involved in entrepreneurship education, student mentorship, and experiential learning initiatives designed to connect academic theory with real-world business application. My teaching philosophy emphasizes innovation, critical thinking, and the practical application of business concepts across management, marketing, and entrepreneurship disciplines. I have contributed to academic and professional programming focused on entrepreneurship, AI, and digital transformation, and am also a contributing author to scholarly work on entrepreneurship and diversity. I have continuously mentored students to transition from business concept to legal start-up entity. I am the Founder of V Squared Business Services, where I work with hospitality and small business clients on e-commerce expansion, branding strategy, and operational innovation. Prior to academia, I built a highly successful executive sales and business development career within the hospitality industry, where I led multimillion-dollar revenue growth initiatives and implemented technology-driven sales and AI pricing strategies.
