I am an accomplished higher education faculty member and academic leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning information technology, management, curriculum development, and online education. I design and teach undergraduate and graduate courses across business and IT disciplines, with particular strengths in project management, entrepreneurship, database systems, and instructional design. Over the course of my career, I have built a strong record of academic leadership through roles including Program Chair, Director of Online Education, and Assistant Dean, and I bring deep working knowledge of accreditation and institutional effectiveness processes, including MSCHE, CAHIIM, and NYSED.
I am a published author with John Wiley & Sons and a contributor to peer-reviewed journals, with nationally recognized expertise in Microsoft technologies, open educational resources (OER), and innovative pedagogy. I have also served as a project manager and consultant for major curriculum initiatives at national colleges and universities, leading cross-functional teams and managing multimillion-dollar projects from planning through implementation. In addition, I regularly deliver seminars and faculty development workshops focused on OER adoption, instructional design, and managing for innovation, and I remain committed to advancing equity, inclusion, and academic excellence through technology integration, faculty mentorship, and student success initiatives.
