Management
As a Management major, you will explore how organizations operate and grow—across small businesses, large corporations, international firms, government agencies, and non-profit institutions. You will develop practical, employer-ready skills in leadership, organizational behavior, strategy, and decision-making, while strengthening your ability to interpret business data and propose solutions using modern tools, analytics, and quantitative techniques.
Information Technology
Information Technology majors gain a broad, applied foundation in the technologies that power today’s organizations. You will study systems design, programming, databases, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, project management, and web and multimedia development—building the technical fluency to plan, implement, secure, and support modern computing environments. Through hands-on projects, you will learn how to translate user needs into effective technology solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Finance
As a Finance major, you will learn how money moves through markets, organizations, and economies—and how financial decisions shape performance and opportunity. You will build essential skills in financial analysis, corporate finance, investments, and risk management while learning to evaluate financial statements, model scenarios, and make data-driven recommendations. The program emphasizes analytical thinking and practical tools, preparing you for roles in banking, corporate finance, financial planning, investment analysis, and related fields.
Entrepreneurship and Organizational Innovation
Entrepreneurship and Organizational Innovation majors learn how to turn ideas into viable ventures—and how to drive innovation inside existing organizations. You will develop skills in opportunity recognition, design thinking, business model development, customer discovery, and venture planning, while strengthening your ability to lead change and improve processes. Whether you want to launch a startup, grow a family business, or become an innovation leader in a company or non-profit, this program prepares you to create value through creativity, strategy, and execution.
