This group serves as a centralized hub for SFC Employee community (Faculty and Staff) at St. Francis College. The aim is to build a well-functioning and cohesive employee community that will provide foundation for overall engagement growth at SFC.
Alumni Employee Affinity Group will focus on the following:
- Provides a platform for the SFC alumni employees to network and use the “internal knowledge” of the Institution to identify opportunities for alumni employees and general alumni engagement growth
- Serves as an advisory body to other affinity groups and the alumni board by providing regular updates on the initiatives taking place in their respective areas at the College
- Assist with the Employee Annual Giving initiatives by encouraging participation in annual appeals with emphasis on 1859 Giving Day
- Assist with facilitating a minimum of 2 alumni employee receptions a year
