The Innocence Project and the Sociology and Criminal Justice Department present Norberto Peets and his paralegal, Kanani Schnider. Peets was wrongfully convicted and incarcerated for 26 years, before the Innocence Project aided him in obtaining his freedom. He will share his story, while Schnider will discuss the legal hurdles in challenging his conviction.
