Jim Hubbard: Act-Up Oral History Project

St. Francis College welcomed Director Jim Hubbard (United in Anger: A History of ACT UP) on March 1, 2016 to talk about his documentary about the birth and life of the AIDS activist movement as well as his ongoing ACT-UP oral history project.

The talk was part of the Spring 2016 Senior Citizen Lecture Series: New Protest Movements produced by St. Francis College Professors Sara Haviland & Emily Horowitz and was co-sponsored by American Studies, History, the Center for Crime & Popular Culture, the Institute for Peace & Justice, Provost's Office, Sociology & Criminal Justice, and the Women's Center.
