SFC Alumnus Cesar Vargas '05 Featured in New York Times

Cesar Vargas graduated from St. Francis College in 2005 and since then has championed the cause for citizenship for unauthorized immigrants.

His parents brought him to the United States from Mexico when he was five.

Vargas' status stopped him from joining the United States Armed Forces and now is putting up roadblocks in his effort to become a lawyer.
