SFC Professor Publishes Article on Phony Halloween Fears

St. Francis College Sociology and Criminal Justice Professor Emily Horowitz wrote a piece for The Huffington Post entitled, "Manufacturing Fear: Halloween Laws for Sex Offenders." In the article she writes about new laws and proposals that are aimed at reducing a threat to children that she says does not exist. Comments on the story run overwhlemingly in support of Professor Horowitz's argument. |
