Stop Director Spencer Wolff

Spencer Wolff, the writer, director, and producer of STOP, a film about Stop & Frisk in New York City, came to St. Francis College on October 20, 2015. The film details NYPD's stop and frisk policies during the Bloomberg administration. The film features David Ourlicht, one of the lead plaintiffs in the Floyd v. the City of New York case that ultimately ruled the stop and frisk policies as enforced by the NYPD unconstitutional.
