Andrea Browne-Phillips ‘04

Andrea Browne-Phillips is a dynamic authority on strategic approaches to values-driven leadership. Andrea is committed to developing approaches for public, private and philanthropic mission-driven organizations with a focus on optimizing business outcomes, through inclusion, equity, and leveraging diversity.

Ms. Browne-Phillips was with the Aspen Institute for over a decade and served as the Assistant Director of the Aspen Environment Forum, a public forum dedicated to our shared natural environment presented in partnership with The Aspen Institute and National Geographic. She helped design and launch the Aspen Security Forum in Aspen, CO, the Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, CO, and the Aspen Forum on Cultural Diplomacy in Paris, FR and Avlies, SP.

Andrea is an Aspen Institute Socrates Fellow, a Fellow of the International Career Advancement Program a Leadership Fellow and a member of the Board of Regents of The Fund for American Studies.

Ms. Browne-Phillips is a Doctoral Candidate in Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University and attended Harvard Kennedy School, Georgetown University and St. Francis College.
