As an Executive Director for Goldman Sachs in New York and London, Dr. Edington worked on projects such as the conversion to the euro and the development of offshore investment funds. As a facilitator, she has worked with multi-disciplinary groups to develop new marketing directions, solve business process issues and improve rapport between divisions. She spent 20 years in the investment industry where she managed major investment and operational projects. She also worked at various firms in Philadelphia and New York where she was responsible for domestic and global projects.

She holds a Doctorate in Professional Studies in Computing from Pace University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Albright College. Her doctoral research is in the interdisciplinary area of management and technology where she developed a contextual model to access the potential business value of Information Technology implementation projects. Barbara has been a Project Management Professional, or PMP, since 2005.
