My teaching and research explore the logic, meaning, and value of existence. I teach the history of philosophy, emphasizing its enduring relevance to contemporary questions and challenges. My recent work, drawing largely from the philosophy and theology of Bernard Lonergan, focuses on issues related to the environment, consciousness, and selected debates concerning knowledge and reality.
