Career Opportunities
For the vast majority of our students, SFC’s Postbaccalaureate Premedical Certificate Program will lead them to complete four further years of study to earn a Doctor of Medicine (MD). According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, “employment of physicians and surgeons is projected to grow 4 percent from 2023 to 2033, about as fast as the average for all occupations.” “Wages for physicians and surgeons are among the highest of all occupations, with a median wage equal to or greater than $239,200 per year.”
