Welcome Future Terriers and congratulations on your acceptance to St. Francis College! Our Admissions Team is here to guide you every step of the way as you begin your SFC journey.

First Year
- File your FAFSA, TAP Application: Only NY State residents can file for TAP. We strongly encourage students to file for FAFSA as soon as possible. After completion, you will receive an email with your official SFC username and password. Please contact the admissions office if you do not plan to file FAFSA to receive your login.
- Review your Financial Aid Award through the Self-Service Portal: Students will need their SFC username and password to review their financial aid offer letter.
- Make your deposit today!
- Submit Official Documentation: Complete and return your immunization form and submit your official transcripts. All official documentation can be sent to [email protected]. All students must submit their official documentation by Friday, July 1.
- Submit the SFC COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination Form to confirm vaccination status or to request an exemption by Friday, July 1. All students are required to be fully vaccinated or obtain an exemption approval (and then follow exempt status protocols) to enter campus. Read the College's COVID-19 Vaccine Policy for Students.
- Skills Assessment: All committed students are required to take a math and writing skills assessment through Canvas which can be accessed through the MYSFC landing page. Once you are in Canvas, click on AEC1000 page and begin. These scores will help your Center for Student Success advisor determine your placement in your college courses. Check back on May 1 for more information and due date.
- Course Questionnaire: After submission of your Skills Assessment please complete the Course Questionnaire within the AEC1000 page. This questionnaire will help guide our academic advisors as they create your fall schedule. Check back on May 1 for more information and due date.
- Download the Navigate Student App: SFC uses the Navigate student app to schedule appointments with advisors, tutors and all key student support offices, never miss important events or deadlines with the TO-DO feature, easily see your course schedule, find study buddies in your classes, take a major explorer and more!
- Using the Navigate app, schedule a New Student Registration Appointment with an advisor in the Center for Student Success. Check back on May 1 for registration dates!
- Participate in our live and virtual orientation sessions. Check back on May 1 for our scheduled orientation dates!
