The St. Francis College Spring 2020 Commencement has been re-scheduled. The ceremony has been postponed and the new date is Thursday, August 27th. It will be held at the Ford Amphitheater on the Coney Island Boardwalk as originally planned.

Miguel Martinez-Saenz, Ph.D., President of St. Francis College, has been appointed to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Committee on Women's Athletics, helping lead that organization's efforts to provide equitable opportunities, fair treatment and respect for all women in all aspects of intercollegiate athletics.

St. Francis College's Accounting department is among the nation's best, according to a new national ranking from the online career and college resource Study.com, a testament to the strength of its academic program and its success preparing students for good careers.

Jose Colon's desire to help others is matched by his zest for entrepreneurialism. These two passions have come together in Stars Café, the new coffee shop he opened in the Bushwick neighborhood in Brooklyn earlier this year.

The College will continue to hold all classes remotely (online) through the end of the spring 2020 semester. No events will take place on campus during that same period, including events organized by outside groups and those by SFC students, faculty or staff.
