Domenico Pugliese graduated from St. Francis College in 2021, with a degree in Accounting. During his time at St. Francis, Pugliese was the Captain of the Men's Soccer team, winning two NEC championships, leading the team to break the record of advancing the furthest in school history for the NCAA tournament.

Pugliese held the title of Student Government Association Treasurer and was an active member of the Accounting Society.

After graduating college, Pugliese joined KPMG focusing on financial service clients, before joining Innovatus Capital Management, a boutique private equity firm."
